Marsdens Winter Lets

Due to our sister company, Marsdens Devon, we are in the unique position of being able to offer holiday cottages and houses on a Winter let tenancy. Our Winter let tenancies are ideal for people who are in the process of re-locating to the area or who are struggling to find suitable rental accommodation North Devon.

These properties are usually let on a fully furnished basis and for the maximum length of 6 months, between the months of September - March.
